Project Manager, New Development Strategy and Marketing

About the role

Corcoran New Development is seeking a proactive manager to lead boutique condominium projects across New York City, acting as the central communication hub between developers, sales teams, designers, and creative agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for developers and partners, lead meetings, set priorities, and translate discussions into actionable steps.
• Coordinate sales teams, consultants, agencies, and internal resources throughout pre‑development, launch, active sales, and closing phases.
• Analyze market inventory, pricing, buyer behavior, and develop positioning, pricing, release, and absorption strategies.
• Oversee branding, renderings, websites, signage, digital campaigns, events, and sales materials to ensure a cohesive product narrative.
• Review unit mix, layouts, finishes, and amenity programming, providing market‑informed feedback to architects and developers.
• Support Corcoran agents serving as project sales teams, establish reporting expectations, and contribute to new‑business pitches.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in residential new development, real‑estate marketing, brokerage operations, or related client‑service roles.
• Demonstrated ability to move from coordinating assignments to owning outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong organizational abilities across multiple projects.
• Analytical comfort with pricing, market data, and performance reporting.
• Confidence working with senior professionals and clients; interest in architecture and residential product.
• Familiarity with the New York City residential market preferred.
• New York State real‑estate license or willingness to obtain one.
