Project Manager – LATAM Nearshore (English Required)

About the role

DaCodes is seeking a Project Manager to lead high‑impact software and digital transformation projects for clients across LATAM and the United States. The role combines strategic planning, cross‑functional leadership, and hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from ideation through operationalization, managing roadmaps, timelines and feature prioritisation.
• Facilitate project planning sessions, brainstorming workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• Break down large initiatives into manageable work packages, develop functional specifications and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, QA, data analysts and product managers to guarantee successful project outcomes.
• Travel occasionally to the company headquarters as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail and project management experience, preferably in fulfillment or logistics environments.
• Experience working with Sterling OMS and an understanding of omni‑fulfilment processes.
• Strong familiarity with microservice architectures and Agile methodologies.
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional on‑site meetings; preference for candidates located near Pittsburgh, PA.
