Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager oversees construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. They lead project teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while maintaining client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project processes and controls throughout pre‑construction and construction phases.
• Develop estimates, master schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and buy‑out activities.
• Coordinate pay applications, general ledger entries, and reporting deliverables.
• Lead project meetings, publish agendas and minutes, and provide weekly/monthly owner reports.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change proposals, and schedule updates.
• Support HSE compliance and quality management processes.
• Assist Assistant Project Manager and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in general contracting or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• OSHA 30 certification (or obtainable within six months).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
