Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate all phases of designated construction or plant‑operations projects, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. This role involves direct oversight of project staff, subcontractors, and interaction with clients and regulatory agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Review estimates, material and equipment costs, and performance requirements for accuracy.
• Prepare and evaluate bids, specifications, test reports, and progress documentation.
• Award, administer, and monitor subcontracts, including payment approvals.
• Generate regular project status reports for management and clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection in accordance with contract terms.
• Coordinate activities with government or regulatory agencies when required.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 25 lb regularly (occasionally up to 50 lb).
• Comfort working in varied weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
• Capability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and navigate multi‑floor sites.
• Strong hearing and comprehension for clear communication.
• Physical stamina for sedentary to heavy work, including bending, twisting, and reaching overhead.
