Project Manager – Home Remodeling

About the role

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead our home‑remodeling installation team in Central Virginia. The role oversees field operations for new‑construction windows and doors, coordinating installers, ensuring quality, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will work closely with sales, logistics, and site superintendents to deliver projects on time and within standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all job‑site activities during installations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Coach and performance‑manage installer partners to maintain consistent quality.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules in collaboration with sales reps, logistics, site superintendents, and installers.
• Conduct pre‑installation site visits to verify job readiness, rough openings, and coordinate with general contractors.
• Provide on‑site coordination on installation days, resolve field issues in real‑time, and communicate with builders, installers, and sales teams.
• Conduct post‑installation inspections, coordinate rework or service requests, and approve subcontractor invoices based on performance.
• Manage accessory deliveries, change orders, and related billing documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of new‑construction experience, preferably with hands‑on installation background.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certifications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
