Project Manager – Enterprise & Technology Initiatives

About the role

JRM is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise and technology initiatives. The role will oversee projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives, including a major ERP implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise and technology projects, aligning them with business goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations across multiple initiatives.
• Serve as primary project leader for the ERP implementation, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and IT to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Coordinate third‑party vendors and implementation partners, managing scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Establish and enforce consistent project management standards, tools, and reporting practices.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed.
• Provide regular project communications to leadership, stakeholders, and steering committees.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and adoption strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery within the Technology organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in enterprise or technology environments.
