Project Manager – Construction (Boutte, LA)

About the role

Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Boutte, LA. The role oversees all phases from pre‑construction through final payment, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project finances, track daily quantities, review P&L reports, and ensure timely billing and revenue collection.
• Lead pre‑construction planning, schedule creation, and coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee the bidding process, prepare estimates, and ensure accurate and on‑time submission of bid documents.
• Maintain project documentation, job folders, and daily communication with supervised employees.
• Conduct quality audits, attend final inspections, and secure Substantial Completion documentation.
• Mentor direct reports and foster open communication with owners and general contractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, estimating, and billing processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain accurate project schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with owners, contractors, and internal teams.
