Project Manager – Brain Game Center

About the role

The Brain Game Center for Mental Fitness and Well‑being is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate software development, testing, validation and dissemination projects that support cognitive training research.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all phases of multiple research project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with grant‑funded milestones.
• Facilitate communication among PIs, researchers, programmers, technicians and administrative staff; lead regular meetings and document decisions.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, roadmaps and milestone trackers; manage resources, identify risks and adjust plans.
• Create and maintain project documentation, workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for external stakeholders, support dissemination of software or data, and keep the project website up to date.

Required profile

• Three to five years of project management experience, preferably in academic or grant‑funded environments.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and analytical abilities with experience coordinating across disciplines.

Required skills

• Project management expertise, including use of project‑management toolsets.
• Experience with software production processes.
