Project Leader

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a Project Leader to join its Tangier plant, overseeing the full lifecycle of projects that support vehicle electrification and connectivity solutions. The role ensures projects meet customer specifications, schedule targets and quality standards while fostering continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the GPMS procedure throughout each project phase.
• Drive projects in line with Yazaki and customer expectations, ensuring full compliance with specifications.
• Communicate customer requirements to team leaders and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze project schedules at each milestone, identify resource needs and flag constraints.
• Prepare and maintain risk assessments, documenting issues and constraints for every milestone.
• Support the achievement of SOP objectives on time, with high efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or production preparation.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong customer orientation, proactive learning, and continuous‑improvement mindset.
