Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Operations team at our San Diego head office. Reporting to the Project and Operations Manager, you will help manage the full project lifecycle from sales through design, procurement, installation and final settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project records, reviewing and submitting documentation.
• Assist project managers with daily tasks such as procurement, sales order processing, revenue collection and installation monitoring.
• Document meeting discussions, track action items and distribute clear summary reports.
• Partner with stakeholders and clients to define project scope, deliverables and objectives.
• Apply non‑compliance reporting (NCR) and opportunity‑for‑improvement (OFI) procedures.
• Potentially manage a limited number of small projects to ensure on‑time delivery and margin optimization.

Required profile

• University, college or technical school training preferred.
• Previous experience as a project assistant or coordinator in a related field.
• Technical background with exposure to project management activities.
• Document control experience in an engineering or architectural environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools.
