Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Project Architect to lead the development of construction documents, specifications, and detailed designs across a variety of project types. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and be present on active construction sites to ensure high‑quality outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Create presentation materials such as renderings, boards, and booklets.
• Collaborate with project teams on‑site to resolve design issues and support construction.
• Utilise BIM tools to coordinate models and maintain design integrity.
• Support sustainable design initiatives, including LEED BD+C accreditation processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Eligibility for Intern status with the Ontario Association of Architects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑driven attitude with a collaborative mindset.
