Project Administrator

About the role

Assist Construction Managers with projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with material specifications, subcontractors’ scope of work and submittals. Support field managers to execute and install through every phase of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers throughout project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with material specifications, subcontractor scopes, and submittals.
• Prepare field managers for execution and installation phases.
• Build relationships with vendors and partners to optimize workflow and schedule adherence.

Required profile

• 1-2 years experience or education in commercial construction management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
