Program Technician - 4-H Youth Development

About the role

The Program Technician supports the statewide 4‑H Youth Development program within the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture. This role assists in growing emerging programs, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of events and reporting across Arkansas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and implementation of the 4‑H college scholarship program.
• Coordinate communication between the state 4‑H team and 4‑H Leadership.
• Support planning and execution of statewide 4‑H events.
• Gather, organize, and prepare statewide impact reports.
• Maintain and support the enrollment and reporting system for 4‑H participants.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of the state 4‑H website.
