Program Supervisor – NW Refuge & Care Alliance (NRCA)

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Northwest Refuge & Care Alliance (NRCA) to lead its Survivors of Torture (SOT) program in Seattle. The role oversees case management, eligibility assessment, data collection and training, ensuring trauma-informed, culturally appropriate services for survivors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the Comprehensive Case Worker and program interns.
• Lead client eligibility, assessment, tiering and referral processes.
• Provide direct case management support to high-needs survivors.
• Coordinate services across IRC teams and external partners.
• Maintain up-to-date case files, monitor program data, and prepare funder reports.
• Develop and deliver internal and external training sessions.
• Strengthen partnerships with medical providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Create capacity‑building materials for providers and informational resources for clients.

Required profile

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.
• Minimum three years of clinical or social-service experience, preferably with survivors of torture.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage case loads.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically appropriate practice.
