Program Manager – Telehealth Education

About the role

The Texas A&M University Health Science Center’s Telehealth Institute is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate its education initiatives. Reporting to the Education Core Director, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple programs, including didactics, internships, fellowships, practicum, continuing education, and the Telehealth Certificate.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage daily activities for the Texas Telehealth Internship Consortium, doctoral practicum, and public‑health certificate programs.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of interns, practicum students, and fellows.
• Maintain program records, compliance documentation, and APA accreditation reporting.
• Update and curate public‑facing web pages and instructional content for TTIC and practicum programs.
• Plan and execute didactic events, workshops, and other instructional sessions.
• Serve on the Internship Committee to guide program development and evaluation.
• Arrange travel logistics for interns, guest speakers, and the Education Core Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (education, health administration, or related).
• Experience managing academic or health‑related training programs, preferably with internship or fellowship components.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners.
• Willingness to work additional hours beyond standard Monday‑Friday schedule.
