Program Manager - Multi-Site Operations Programs

About the role

Resonetics, a global leader in advanced engineering, prototyping, product development and micro manufacturing in the medical device industry, is hiring a Program Manager. This is an individual contributor role leading multi-site, multi-process, vertically integrated technologies, processes and businesses. The manager oversees the planning, execution and delivery of the company's programs so that they meet strategic objectives within scope, time and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution and completion of Operations programs in line with strategic objectives and compliance standards.
• Keep projects on track and meet or exceed commitments on performance, cost and schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites and projects, delegating tasks and minimizing risk.
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting status, risks and milestones, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and resources, implement corrective actions and lead risk management activities.
• Facilitate handover of completed programs to operational teams and interact with senior personnel on complex matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading technical programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, with a focus on design transfer, manufacturing launches and line transfer projects across multiple sites.
• Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 15% of the time.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as MS Project and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, influence and executive presentation skills.
• Preferred: experience in the medical products industry, contract manufacturing, ISO 13485 facility expansion and relocation projects, and PMP certification.

The stated pay range is $96,000 to $155,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
