Program Manager – Interprofessional Simulation Applications

About the role

The Program Manager – Interprofessional Simulation Applications will lead the planning, organization, and execution of simulation-based learning experiences across the interprofessional education curriculum. This role supports health professions learners, faculty, staff, and community partners by delivering competency‑based opportunities in both in‑person and virtual environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate small‑scale and large‑scale interprofessional simulations, including virtual reality modules.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate simulation activities into curricula.
• Manage departmental budgets, contracts, and strategic plans related to simulation programs.
• Monitor and evaluate simulation outcomes to ensure alignment with competency goals.
• Facilitate teamwork and task distribution to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in higher education, preferably in health professions or interprofessional education.
• Demonstrated ability to develop competency‑based learning opportunities.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and strategic initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience using learning management systems, specifically Canvas.
