Program Manager – Growth Initiative

About the role

Del Oro Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large‑scale, multi‑year growth and transformation initiative for a leading technology organization. The role is remote, working on EST or CST schedule, and focuses on coordinating multiple workstreams across a complex, matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of a multi‑year program across several workstreams.
• Coordinate activities, timelines, and dependencies among cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, issues, and roadblocks, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Facilitate program meetings, ensure clear agendas, follow‑up actions, and accountability.
• Track progress and provide concise status updates to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role on complex enterprise initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with teams and leadership.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in a matrixed organization handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with Asana, Workfront, or similar project/program management platforms.
