Program Director, Facilities Assessment & Planning

About the role

Join Parsons as a Program Director – Facilities Assessment & Planning. Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering facility asset inventories, condition assessments, and capital improvement planning for government and private clients across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage P&L and update the group’s strategy to attract new clients and expand services.
• Develop annual business plans, lead business development, and oversee proposal processes.
• Identify, target, and sell construction management and project management services, converting FCA contracts into ongoing service contracts.
• Lead negotiations for prime and sub‑contracts, allocate resources, and manage a diverse portfolio of projects across North America.
• Build integrated sales strategies to expand existing client relationships and address capital project needs.
• Travel to client or project sites as needed to strengthen relationships and ensure project success.

Required profile

• Strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, project management, and client relationship expansion.
• Experience in facility asset and condition assessments, facility master planning, capital improvement planning, and program/construction management services.
• Ability to balance business development, operational management, and strategic sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, business, or construction management (or related field) and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of commercial construction codes and their application to existing facilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for building long‑term client relationships.
