About the role
The Institute for Advancing Health Through Agriculture (IHA) at Texas A&M AgriLife is seeking a Program Coordinator II to support its Healthy Living program in Dallas. Working under general supervision, the coordinator will partner closely with the Healthy Living team led by the Associate Director to plan, develop, and implement community‑engaged research projects that address health disparities.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Healthy Living team to design and execute project activities.
- Provide technical, business‑management, administrative, and operational support to program leadership.
- Assist the Associate Director in budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate logistics for community outreach, training sessions, and research activities.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
Required profile
- Experience in program coordination or project management, preferably in health, agriculture, or community‑based research.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfort with handling confidential information and adhering to compliance standards.
