Professor – AI Model Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Professor to join our remote team and help train AI chatbots. You will design writing and editing tasks for the models, assess their outputs, and provide feedback to improve accuracy and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and style.
• Measure progress of each AI model and report findings.
• Identify and solve problems that affect model quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
