About the role

Join a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense firm as a Professional Liability Attorney focusing on Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions and Construction Defect matters. You will work within a collaborative litigation team that values mentorship and the growth of its attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Represent design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect and property cases.
• Handle state and federal litigation, including trial work, to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and insurers.
• Manage an independent caseload with appropriate support while maintaining strong client interaction.
• Contribute to the growth of the A&E/CD practice through teamwork and client‑focused service.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in construction defect or professional liability litigation.
• Proven trial track record at both state and federal levels.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage cases independently.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
