Production Worker – Sawmill

About the role

Join our cutting‑edge sawmill in Deridder, LA as a Production Worker. This full‑time, permanent position offers a dynamic environment where you will rotate through various tasks, contribute to a safe workplace, and support daily production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through assigned workstations on an hourly basis, performing tasks such as shoveling, lifting, and carrying boards and debris.
• Maintain site cleanliness and assist with waste removal.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Support a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Work Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Comfort working in noisy, dusty, and mechanically active environments.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and a desire to learn and grow.
