Production Weekender – Weekend Shift

About the role

As a Production Weekender you will perform the same duties as regular production employees, but on weekends and holidays. The role involves operating high‑speed manufacturing equipment, driving fork trucks, loading supplies, and ensuring data‑driven performance throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain plant safety standards as the top priority.
• Perform process quality control checks and monitor high‑speed equipment.
• Drive fork trucks and load supplies into machinery.
• Record process data and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Perform minor maintenance, industrial cleaning and sanitation.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work in varying temperatures.
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts, including up to 12‑hour days.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Prior production, warehousing or related experience (preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude, continuous‑improvement experience, and beer industry knowledge (preferred).
