Production Technician (Rotational Shift)

About the role

Perform machine set‑up, operation and tear‑down of equipment used to manufacture and assemble subsea umbilicals. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards and the ability to work through competency programs to gain expertise on multiple manufacturing lines. This is a rotating shift position at the Panama City, FL manufacturing site, with shift premiums applied.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, set up and tear down production machinery in accordance with established procedures under supervision.
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Monitor product quality during production and alert supervisors to any issues.
• Complete production documentation and pre‑assessments as required.
• Assist with daily maintenance checks and perform routine maintenance activities.
• Operate overhead cranes and drive forklifts as part of the production process.

Required profile

• Knowledge of common manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Card) for site access.
• Willingness to work 8–12‑hour rotating shifts and occasional overtime.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
