Production Technician – Chemical Mixing (2nd Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Technician to join our chemical mixing team on the 2nd shift. You will operate and tend equipment that blends raw ingredients into finished coating products, following strict batch specifications. The role provides hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor mixing machines according to batch cards.
• Regulate machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
• Record production data, perform minor equipment checks, and report any deviations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety and environmental procedures.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a plant or manufacturing setting (operators, assembly line, production, etc.).
• Pass a background check, drug screen, basic math & reading comprehension assessment, and pre‑employment physical.
• Clean‑shaven or minimal facial hair to fit a respirator.
