Production Support Supervisor – Shift Lead (Dayton, OH)

About the role

The Production Support Supervisor leads a team within the LexisNexis Command Center IT Operations, ensuring reliability and availability of customer‑facing production systems. This on‑site role coordinates shift activities, manages major incident response, and drives continuous service‑improvement projects while providing hands‑on technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead shift activities, staffing coverage and escalations.
• Monitor production systems, enterprise services and network infrastructure for availability and performance.
• Investigate alerts, coordinate recovery actions and lead major incident calls.
• Drive projects and continuous service‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a technical or operational environment, including incident response.
• Strong decision‑making, troubleshooting, coaching and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
