Production Planner - Integrated Planning

About the role

Execute end-to-end production planning and scheduling, developing feasible Master Production and Detailed Production Schedules aligned with capacity strategies and Annual Operating Plan commitments. Coordinate buffer and supermarket inventory using DDMRP to ensure material availability and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Generate realistic Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) with a Material Requirements Plan (MRP) in collaboration with Operational Buyers.
• Issue production schedules to the shop floor and hold regular planning meetings with Production/Operations Management to synchronize activities.
• Initiate improvements to planning processes and KPIs, leveraging continuous‑improvement techniques.
• Release and manage production order and material‑related issues promptly, using negotiation and technical expertise.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational education in Mechanical, Electro‑mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
