Production Operator – Starting at $25.18/hr

About the role

As a Production Operator you will run the clump litter lines and associated equipment in a safe, efficient manner while ensuring continuous supply of raw materials. You will receive training across several factory areas, learn safety policies, and become a key asset in our pet‑care manufacturing team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate clump litter lines and associated equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supply the line with raw materials and handle filling, boxing, bagging, and palletizing.
• Ensure products meet quality standards through inspection, sampling, and testing.
• Make equipment adjustments and changeovers as needed to maintain continuous operation.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards on the production floor.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, military, or a related environment.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (preferred).
