Production Operator – $31.65/hr

About the role

Join Nestlé Health Science as a Production Operator, supporting the manufacturing of nutrition and health products. You will work on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule, contributing to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow plant safety rules (LOTO procedures, PPE, etc.) and report incidents & unsafe conditions immediately.
• Follow factory safety & environmental objectives and targets.
• Follow factory food safety, quality objectives and targets.
• Follow Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices and report food safety and quality issues immediately.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and refer to Nestlé Quality Management System.
• Understand food safety and quality aspects of the position via training and SOPs.
• Apply continuous improvement principles in the work area.
• Maintain a clean and 5S‑compliant work area.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Consistently reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule.

Required skills

• Demonstrated leadership and multitasking ability.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
