Production Control Planner

About the role

As a Production Control Planner you will ensure assembly activities stay on schedule from start through shipment, reporting actual start and completion of milestones. You will help optimize production operations, maintain efficient workflows and deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor reports and manufacturing operations to confirm alignment with schedules.
• Analyze production delays, take corrective actions and suggest schedule adjustments.
• Update job progress in Primavera P6 and adjust plans to meet delivery dates.
• Prioritize activities, coordinate process improvements and suggest enhancements to planning and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with assembly, material control, paint/testing, and engineering teams to keep daily plans on track.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment (gas compression/processing experience a plus).
• Strong influencer with ability to lead indirectly and excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated, dependable, self‑directed with great attention to detail.
