Product Support Specialist

About the role

Fyxer is looking for a Product Support Specialist to be the front‑line champion for its AI executive assistant platform. You will work remotely while living in Austin, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues quickly and help shape the future of support at a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer support across chat, email and video, delivering solutions with minimal hand‑holding.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, escalating to Product Engineering only when necessary.
• Identify recurring issues, create knowledge‑base articles, and propose process improvements.
• Serve as the liaison between Support, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless communication.
• Contribute to scaling support operations by influencing tooling decisions, workflow design, and playbook development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of customer or technical support experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and a passion for problem‑solving.
• Startup‑ready attitude: adaptable, fast‑moving, and hands‑on.
• Genuine interest in AI and its impact on work.

• Base salary of $75,000 plus $85,000 in equity.
