Product Support Manager – Integrated Product Support

About the role

The Oceaneering Technologies (OTECH) group is seeking a Product Support Manager (PSM) to establish and oversee Integrated Product Support (IPS) functions that ensure material and system readiness for subsea and maritime systems. The PSM will operate in a managed team environment, reporting functionally to the OTECH Integrated Product Support Manager and operationally to the Program Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of IPS, engineering and support personnel to deliver program IPS requirements and products.
• Develop, implement and update a comprehensive product support strategy (PSS) and manage life‑cycle support functions for major systems and components.
• Serve as the program focal point for IPS tasking, interacting with customers to define expectations and ensuring cost, schedule and technical performance targets are met.
• Direct the development of complex logistics projects, bid and proposal efforts, and produce required logistics documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related technical discipline.
• 5‑10 years of engineering or integrated product support experience, including 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government contract requirements (FAR, DFAR) and DoDI 5000 series guidance.

Required skills

• Experience with Systems Engineering Management Plans, Configuration Management Plans and Integrated Logistics Support Plans.
• Proficiency in Product Support Analysis, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and Reliability, Maintainability & Availability (RM&A) analyses.
• Knowledge of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), Lowest Replaceable Unit (LRU) and sparing planning, and serialization/property management.
• Strong technical writing, analytical and communication abilities.
