Product Specialist

About the role

The Product Specialist at deephealth will demonstrate and promote radiology workflow solutions to customers, creating engaging live presentations that highlight product value. This role bridges clinical expertise with technology, helping customers adopt efficient, seamless imaging processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level product demonstrations, presentations, and sales engagements for clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
• Configure and maintain demo environments, including test data, integrations, and workflow scenarios.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate clinical requirements into actionable product feedback.
• Support RFP responses, site visits, and customer‑specific demonstrations.
• Serve as a clinical resource for cross‑sectional and mammography imaging workflows, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Clinical radiology experience with strong knowledge of cross‑sectional imaging and mammography workflows.
• Understanding of radiology operations, healthcare IT systems, and imaging informatics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable in customer‑facing environments and adaptable to evolving technologies.
