About the role
Google Cloud is seeking a Product Operations professional to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that drive strategic planning and product strategy across the organization. You will work closely with executives, product teams, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution of key objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross‑functional projects from conception to completion, owning detailed project plans.
- Drive strategic annual planning workstreams, managing OKRs and resource allocation.
- Identify organizational challenges and implement new operating processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Influence executives and team members to remove barriers through clear communication and escalation.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and industry trends to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to maintain a consistent narrative across initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Project Management, Economics, or related field with 4 years experience, or Master’s degree with 2 years experience.
- At least 2 years experience evaluating ambiguous problems, analyzing business models and KPIs, generating solutions, designing product strategies, and managing multiple projects.
