Product Marketing Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Senior Manager to lead U.S. product marketing for Veeva Vault CRM Suite, the leading engagement platform for life sciences. In this role you will partner with Market Strategy and Product Management to shape positioning, messaging, value propositions and go‑to‑market strategy, including industry‑specific AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual strategic marketing plan covering customer retention, adoption and cross‑sell/upsell strategies.
• Lead and guide team execution for Vault CRM Suite product marketing initiatives, establishing a consistent operational cadence.
• Develop and refine messaging across external channels, web properties and customer‑facing assets.
• Empower field sales and customer‑facing teams with high‑impact enablement tools and presentation decks.
• Own the content strategy and create assets such as thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts and infographics.
• Plan and execute large‑scale customer conference agendas, product launches and customer advocacy programs.
• Drive product awareness through PR, article placements and social media.
• Maintain an optimized library of sales collateral and competitive assets.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B enterprise software product marketing experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of self‑motivation and ability to navigate internal structures and cross‑functional cadences.
• Exceptional narrative refinement and writing skills to translate strategic concepts into clear customer messaging.
• Proven track record of cross‑functional alignment with market strategy, product management and field marketing.
• Strong project management and operational execution skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
