Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Sabanto is a venture‑backed technology company focused on bringing autonomy to agriculture. As a Product Marketing Manager you will bridge the gap between product development and market perception, shaping positioning, launch processes, and enablement materials that help customers, dealers, and internal teams extract full value from each release.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end launch playbook for major features and platform updates, from messaging to coordinated communications.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and onboarding materials for autonomy system installation, Mission Control, and field operations.
• Create sales and dealer enablement assets such as one‑pagers, competitive battle cards, demo scripts, and reference guides.
• Maintain consistent product messaging across all customer‑facing channels and translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning product launch, content creation, and enablement in a startup or startup‑stage environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to produce both concise one‑pagers and detailed training guides.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers and product managers to understand technical details.
• Background in industrial, field operations, or enterprise SaaS preferred; ability to converse with farmers and dealers.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to accelerate content workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience; legal authorization to work in the United States.
