Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Sierra is expanding its Solutions Product Marketing team to bring industry‑specific go‑to‑market expertise to its AI platform. The Product Marketing Manager will translate product capabilities into messaging, sales enablement and launch assets for targeted verticals and personas.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product capabilities into industry‑specific messaging, positioning, web copy, event sessions and sales narratives.
• Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as slide decks, one‑pagers, landing pages and industry playbooks.
• Own product launches for specific verticals, packaging the story, assets and demos in partnership with the core PMM team.
• Build and refine processes, templates and systems that allow consistent go‑to‑market execution across multiple industries.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably with exposure to vertical or persona‑based marketing.
• Strong operational instincts with a track record of establishing repeatable frameworks and processes.
• Proven ability to develop positioning and translate it into sales‑facing and customer‑facing assets.
• Comfort working in an early‑stage, evolving team and shaping its ways of working.

Required skills

• Google Slides for building presentations.
• ChatGPT for AI‑assisted content creation.
• Claude for AI‑assisted workflows.
