Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to translate complex autonomous maritime solutions into compelling narratives for defense and government audiences. The role will own product positioning, messaging, and collateral across our autonomous surface vessels and software platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product positioning, messaging frameworks, and win themes for the full portfolio.
• Own and execute marketing campaigns that increase audience understanding of core capabilities.
• Create and maintain a library of product marketing collateral, including decks, slick sheets, and capability briefs.
• Partner with product teams to translate technical differentiators into customer‑facing value propositions.
• Collaborate with growth and business development to support capture efforts, proposals, and customer engagements.
• Brief creative teams and produce high‑quality visual, graphic, and multimedia assets.
• Contribute to product‑related web copy, ensuring consistent and optimized messaging.
• Support trade show and event strategy by defining key content themes.
• Track and analyze marketing effectiveness, iterating based on feedback and market response.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in defense, aerospace, or other highly technical industries.
• Proven ability to distill complex technical subjects into clear, persuasive messaging for non‑technical audiences.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience producing marketing collateral for government or defense customers and familiarity with procurement and capture processes.
• Track record of close collaboration with product management, engineering, and sales/BD teams.
• Self‑starter comfortable in a high‑velocity startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field.
• U.S. citizenship required.
