Product Marketing Manager – Clinical Operations

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Marketing Manager / Senior Manager for Clinical Operations to drive content and messaging for 1‑3 products within the Clinical Operations portfolio. The role supports marketing and sales enablement across the customer lifecycle and collaborates closely with product strategy, sales, and other marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product marketing activities and create content for 1‑3 Clinical Operations products.
• Develop written materials such as thought leadership pieces, videos, website copy, blog posts, and infographics.
• Produce clear PowerPoint assets including sales decks, enablement materials, and customer presentations.
• Partner with product strategy to understand market dynamics and translate them into external messaging.
• Design strategic marketing plans in coordination with field marketing and product strategy.
• Contribute to annual customer conferences in the US and Europe, supporting agenda development and customer presentations.
• Manage product and feature launch content creation and processes.
• Assist with sales enablement and support field marketing campaigns as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
• Excellent writing and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
• Strong project‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
