Product Marketing Manager – Clinical Operations

About the role

We are seeking exceptional product marketing talent to promote highly scalable, multitenant cloud solutions that are transforming the life‑sciences industry. The role focuses on driving content and messaging for 1‑3 products within our Clinical Operations portfolio, supporting marketing and sales enablement across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all product‑marketing activities and content creation for 1‑3 Clinical Operations products.
• Produce compelling written assets such as thought‑leadership articles, videos, website copy, blog posts and infographics.
• Develop clear PowerPoint materials, including sales decks, enablement tools and customer presentations.
• Partner with product strategy to understand market dynamics and translate product vision into external messaging.
• Design strategic marketing plans in collaboration with field marketing and product strategy.
• Contribute to annual customer conferences in the US and Europe, shaping agendas and supporting customer presentations.
• Own product and feature launch content creation and related processes.
• Assist sales enablement and support field‑marketing campaigns as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B product‑marketing experience.
• Excellent writing and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to craft clear, concise and compelling messaging.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated relationship‑building with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
