Product Marketing Manager – B2B Portfolio (Hybrid)

About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager for Nespresso USA, you will own the B2B product portfolio – machines, accessories and coffee – and drive its growth through strategic launches, pricing and go‑to‑market plans. The role is hybrid, with two days a week in the Manhattan Herald Square office and the remainder remote.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans covering distribution, pricing, communications and performance measurement.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure seamless product introductions.
- Represent Marketing in monthly and annual business planning meetings to set portfolio priorities and launch timelines.
- Manage the annual launch calendar, oversee end‑to‑end launch processes, and benchmark performance against internal and external metrics.
- Act as the primary liaison between the US market and Global Innovation, translating local insights into recommendations for the global roadmap.
- Identify, size and prioritize whitespace opportunities using customer‑driven insights and market research.
- Define go‑to‑market fundamentals for innovation launches, including value proposition, differentiation, positioning and launch approach.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing B2B product portfolios and leading product launches.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market and channel insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, comfortable working with Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively in business planning meetings and influence portfolio decisions.
- Experience conducting market research and sizing new business opportunities.
