Product Manager – Third-Party Risk Management

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Product Manager to own the enterprise Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) technology product strategy. The role bridges Procurement, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver scalable, automated, and compliant risk‑management workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the TPRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with risk program objectives.
• Configure and manage the OneTrust platform, including workflows, questionnaires, risk models, and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations with external providers (e.g., D&B, Rapid Ratings, Sayari) and internal systems such as ServiceNow.
• Partner with risk domains (InfoSec, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Finance) to translate requirements into system capabilities.
• Establish support model, monitor system performance, and ensure audit readiness through strong controls and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5+ years of product management experience in procurement technology or risk/compliance systems.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and reporting insights.
• Experience operating in a global enterprise environment is preferred.

Required skills

• OneTrust or similar GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow IRM, Archer, MetricStream).
• Configuration of enterprise SaaS platforms (workflows, forms, scoring models).
• Design and management of integrations/APIs with providers such as D&B, Rapid Ratings, Sayari, and ServiceNow.
