Product Manager – Revenue Module

About the role

Campfire is building an AI‑native ERP and is looking for a Product Manager to own its revenue module – the core engine that enables finance teams to invoice, recognize revenue, and close the books. You will shape strategy, roadmap and execution for invoicing, billing, revenue accounting (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and related reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Interview customers to understand how finance teams handle invoicing, billing runs, deferred revenue, contract modifications and month‑end close.
• Define and maintain the roadmap for the revenue module, including invoicing, billing, revenue recognition, reporting and automated accounting workflows.
• Translate complex accounting requirements into intuitive product experiences and ship features quickly with engineering and design.
• Define and track metrics such as time‑to‑close, recognition accuracy, billing cycle efficiency and customer adoption.
• Partner with leadership on go‑to‑market strategy, pricing and positioning of the revenue module.

Required profile

• 4+ years of deep revenue expertise (Big 4, revenue accountant or similar) covering the full quote‑to‑cash lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15, the five steps to revenue recognition, deferred revenue and multi‑element arrangements.
• Proven track record shipping complex, user‑facing financial products.
• Bias toward action, ability to cut scope, ship fast and iterate.
• Comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight and translating between technical, design and business teams.

Required skills

• Revenue accounting expertise, especially ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance.
• Experience designing invoicing, billing and revenue recognition workflows.
