Product Manager, Multi-Cloud Trust & Safety

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a senior Product Manager to lead the multi‑cloud Trust & Safety strategy for its AI models. You will shape how safeguards, fraud defenses, and compliance are delivered across Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Foundry, ensuring consistent protection for customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi‑cloud roadmap for data retention, automated and human review, and enforcement mechanisms tailored to each partner.
• Design product experiences and operational flows for eligibility, verification, and differentiated capability controls for high‑trust organizations.
• Build threat‑intelligence sharing pipelines with AWS, Google, and Microsoft to detect and respond to misuse consistently.
• Own fraud and abuse defenses for partner‑sold offerings, including bot mitigation, mass‑registration protection, risk controls, and chargeback handling.
• Collaborate with enterprise security, risk, and compliance leaders to translate requirements into roadmap priorities.
• Serve as Anthropic’s product counterpart to trust & safety, security, and compliance teams at each cloud partner.
• Partner with Safeguards, Inference, Policy, Security, Legal, engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver a unified set of controls across three clouds.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in product roles for high‑scale, enterprise‑ or developer‑facing platforms.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
