Product Manager

About the role

Candid Health is growing its Product Management team and seeks an experienced Product Manager to partner closely with engineering and external customers. The role focuses on delivering transformative software that turns complex payments ecosystems into a human‑centered platform for healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Improve existing product management practices and build new systems to deliver great products and services.
• Build and execute product vision in close collaboration with Engineering and Design.
• Identify gaps and generate new ideas by considering the macro‑structure of the business and product.
• Own business goals and ensure partner teams are accountable.
• Create rigorous reporting dashboards for visibility and accountability.
• Capture signals from the field and customers to prioritize user needs.
• Communicate new feature rollouts to customers and internal stakeholders, including leadership and operations teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Experience building data‑intensive products and applications.
• Ability to ground decisions in unit economics and be data‑driven.
• Low ego, high output, outcome‑oriented with a bias toward action.
• Experience leading or scaling a product team or thriving in a fast‑growing engineering culture.
• Background in healthcare, medical billing, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.

What we offer

• Estimated base salary $150,000–$195,000 USD, with equity upside.
• Minimal hierarchy and broad experience levels within roles.
• In‑person culture with offices in Denver, New York, and San Francisco; hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 remote).
