Product Manager

About the role

Rho is rebuilding the finance stack for the innovation economy. As a Product Manager you will act like a founder, owning a meaningful surface of the platform end‑to‑end and shaping the experience for early‑stage companies.

Key responsibilities

• Operate with a founder mindset: own metrics, P&L, and solve problems beyond a fixed job description.
• Develop deep empathy for startup founders and design workflows they haven’t imagined yet.
• Own a problem space, frame critical issues, hypothesize, define success criteria, and ship solutions to founders.
• Make data‑driven decisions, pivot when evidence changes, and prioritize ruthlessly.
• Leverage AI to prototype, test ideas quickly, and expand product possibilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, GTM, and leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and rapid iteration.
• Strong intuition for founder needs and the ability to anticipate them.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast‑changing problem territories.
• Ability to make decisive trade‑offs and say no when necessary.
