Product Manager – Hybrid (Mount Prospect)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week on‑site, and focuses on driving innovation for our power‑tool brands.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the schedule and roadmap for North American innovation projects.
• Assist in developing next‑generation product plans for assigned tool lines.
• Research end‑user applications, competitive market trends, and conduct both field and desk user research.
• Support market‑research initiatives in partnership with the Market Research department.
• Contribute to cross‑functional teams to define product specifications.
• Provide product expertise and insights to Sales and Brand teams.

Required profile

• Experienced and passionate Associate Product Manager.
• Ability to collaborate with global business and project teams.
• Strong focus on translating direct user feedback into product concepts.
