Product Manager - Growth

About the role

Sei Labs is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own and scale key growth levers across its platform. The role will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through referral and incentive programs on an innovative Centralized Exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Referrals and Incentives across a first‑of‑its‑type Centralized Exchange.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and overall user growth.
• Design, launch, and optimise growth experiments that deliver measurable business impact.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver high‑impact initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior and growth‑funnel performance to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Build and iterate on referral programs, incentive structures, and engagement mechanisms to increase participation and lifetime value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years dedicated to Growth Product Management.
• Experience at a US‑regulated consumer‑focused Fintech or trading company.
• Proven success driving meaningful growth outcomes at a high‑growth technology firm.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Experience running experiments, analysing results, and iterating quickly.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
