Product Manager – Fintech Platform

About the role

At Cardless we are building a credit‑card and loyalty platform that consumer businesses use to engage their customers. As a Product Manager you will help power the next generation of credit cards, creating delightful consumer experiences and powerful engagement tools for brands.

Key responsibilities

• Take a nascent, simple‑sounding project, flesh it out and drive it through development to launch.
• Transform uninformed simplicity into informed complexity and back to informed simplicity, iterating repeatedly.
• Own 2–3 complex projects simultaneously, each at different stages, delivering quickly and with high quality.
• Gather daily customer feedback, celebrate wins, and deploy multiple times a week.
• Support roadmap planning, sprint execution, and long‑term product vision.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience building fintech products, preferably at a B2B or platform company.
• Strong attention to detail, able to think deeply about problems while moving fast when needed.
• Comfortable communicating in high‑stakes meetings with diverse stakeholders, including large institutional customers.
• Intellectually curious across fintech and beyond, humble, and skilled at asking great questions.
